All 284 same-day callouts this month, bucketed by time from ring to engineer on the doorstep. 86% of jobs hit a 2-hour response — the slow tail is mostly fringe postcodes during heavy weather.

Same-day or it's free
If you ring before 10am on a weekday and we can't get to you that day, we waive the call-out.
Quote in writing, before we start
If the job changes mid-way, we stop and call you. No surprise costs on the invoice, ever.
12 months on labour
If the same fault comes back within a year, we sort it free. Parts get manufacturer warranty on top.
How we measure
- Response time
- From the moment your call connects (or your online booking lands) to the engineer’s van GPS pinging at your postcode. We don’t count time you were on hold — because you shouldn’t be on hold.
- On-time arrival
- We send you a 2-hour window the day before. If the engineer rolls up in that window, it counts as on time. If we’re late, you get a text apology and £20 off the bill.
- First-time fix
- Job closed without needing a second visit for parts or further diagnostics. Calculated rolling 90 days to smooth out the bathroom installs.
- What’s excluded
- Genuine emergencies (escape of gas, mains flood) bypass the booking queue, so they aren’t in the average response stat — they show in the live feed instead.
