Is there a contract?+

It’s a 12-month minimum, then rolls month-to-month. Cancel any time after the first year with one month’s notice — no “exit fees”.

Will my boiler be eligible?+

We cover boilers under 12 years old with a service history. We’ll do a free inspection before you sign up — if anything’s already wrong, we’ll tell you straight rather than enrol you and refuse a claim.

How quickly do you turn up for plan members?+

Plan members go to the top of the queue. Same-day for true emergencies (no heat / no hot water in winter), next-day for everything else.

What’s the parts cap?+

Cover and Cover+ include up to £750 of parts per claim, with no limit on the number of claims per year. The vast majority of repairs come in well under that.

Can I switch from British Gas / HomeServe?+

Yes — and most folk save £10-£20/month doing it. We’ll happily inherit your current cover history if you can give us the latest service record.
